Dashboard

The whole night on one screen.

What was sold, what was actually paid, and how it came in — cut on your own trading day, so a bill rung up at one in the morning still counts tonight.

One system

From the door to the storeroom.

Every step, from the moment a guest walks in to the rice left on the shelf, lives in one place — so nothing is ever written down twice.

  1. Door

Bookings in thirty seconds. Seating a party opens their bill.

  2. Table

A live floor plan every waiter sees the same way.

  3. Kitchen

Dockets on a screen at each station, bumped when plated.

  4. Bill

Cash, card, bKash, Nagad or bank transfer — and a Mushak 6.3 invoice.

  5. Storeroom

Every dish sold takes its ingredients off the shelf.

Inside Roshui POS

Four screens. One live system.

The order screen, the kitchen, the storeroom and the cash drawer share the same data, so what happens at one shows up at all of them.

Taking orders

Built for the rush, not the demo.

A bill stays open through the meal and grows in rounds, so the kitchen gets starters and mains as separate dockets instead of everything at once.

  • Dine-in, takeaway and delivery — each with its own flow
  • Sizes and modifiers — spice, sugar, portion — priced and printed in the guest’s words
  • Every void carries a reason and the PIN of whoever approved it
  • The whole menu loads once, so every tap answers instantly

Kitchen display

The kitchen knows what to cook the moment it’s ordered.

Replace the paper slip between counter and kitchen with a screen at each station. The grill sees grill work, the bar sees drinks.

  • Live on every screen — nobody presses refresh
  • Bump a docket when it’s plated; forgotten ones close themselves
  • A rolling 24-hour view, so a late service never vanishes at midnight

Recipes and stock

Sell a kacchi. The rice, oil and meat come off the shelf.

Define each dish by its ingredients and stock control stops being a list — it becomes an answer about food cost.

  • Every stock movement recorded against the sale or purchase that caused it
  • Low-stock warnings per product, per branch
  • Suppliers, purchase orders, partial deliveries and returns
  • What you owe each supplier, as a figure rather than a pile of invoices

Money and compliance

A drawer that balances. A VAT invoice in NBR’s format.

Every way a Bangladeshi restaurant gets paid, reconciled shift by shift — with the tax invoice the law asks for.

  • Cash, card, bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, other wallets and credit on account
  • Cash tendered and change given, both on the record
  • Count the drawer at close and see at once how far over or short it is
  • Mushak 6.3 invoices, with service charge and VAT rates handled throughout
  • A cash book, and a day-end Z-report to sign off on

Made in Bangladesh

Built for how restaurants here actually work.

Not a foreign POS with a taka sign added. Roshui POS was designed around Bangladeshi menus, payments, delivery partners and tax rules from the first line of code.

  • Mushak 6.3 from day one

Tax invoices in the format the National Board of Revenue expects — in the free trial and every plan, never sold as an upgrade.

  • bKash and Nagad

Take bKash, Nagad and other wallets beside cash and card, each payment recorded against the bill it paid.

  • Menus in Bangla

Dish names and kitchen notes in Bangla display cleanly, even on a budget counter tablet.

  • Foodpanda, Pathao Food and Foodi

Platform orders land in the same queue as your own, with each platform’s commission, zones and riders. Bills the platform collected settle without leaving your drawer short.

And the rest

Everything else a restaurant runs on.

  • QR ordering at the table

Guests scan, order and watch their running total on their own phone.

  • Delivery

Foodpanda, Pathao Food and Foodi orders in one queue with your own. Your riders charge by delivery zone; a platform order carries its own.

  • Reservations

Bookings, seating and no-shows — counted apart from cancellations.

  • Customers and loyalty

Customer ledgers, credit for regulars who settle monthly, and points redeemed on the bill.

  • Reports

Daily sales, dishes, hourly trade, table turnover, staff performance, voids, profit and loss — exported to Excel.

  • Staff and access

Roles built from individual privileges, till PINs, and an audit trail of who did what.

  • Every branch

Consolidated reporting across branches, and stock transfers between them.

  • Any device

Runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or PC, with your data backed up in the cloud.

  • Waiter calls

A guest can call for service or ask for the bill straight from the table.

  • Printed dockets and bills

Kitchen dockets at each station and bills on a standard 80 mm printer, for kitchens that still like paper.

  • Returns and refunds

Money going back after a bill is paid is its own record, so the day’s sales still say what was sold.

  • Expenses

Rent, gas, repairs — categorised outgoings, set against takings in a profit-and-loss report.

FAQ

Questions owners ask us.

Can’t find your answer? Write to us and a person will reply.

hello@roshuipos.com
What hardware do I need?

Nothing special. Roshui POS runs in the web browser on the phone, tablet or PC you already have. For printed bills, a standard 80 mm thermal receipt printer is all you need.

Does it need an internet connection?

Yes. Roshui POS runs in the cloud — that is what keeps every screen in step and your data backed up. It is light on data, so a mobile hotspot works as a backup connection.

Can it print NBR-compliant VAT invoices?

Yes. Roshui POS prints Mushak 6.3 tax invoices, with VAT rates and service charge handled throughout — in the free trial too. Fiscal device (EFD/SDC) integration is not included today.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Talk to us and we agree a plan that fits your restaurant — how many branches, what setup and what support you need. Nothing is ever charged automatically; we don’t ask for payment details to start a trial.

I run more than one branch. How is that priced?

We price around your group: tell us how many branches you run and we quote one plan, with one bill and one renewal date for the whole business. Multi-branch reporting and stock transfers are included.

Can you set it up for us?

Yes. Our team can enter your menu, configure the system and train your staff, as part of the plan we agree with you.

Is my data safe?

Your data is kept in the cloud and backed up, and each branch sees only its own floor, takings and stock. Every void, discount and change is recorded against the person who made it.

Can my staff use it in Bangla?

Menus, dish names and kitchen notes can be written in Bangla and display correctly everywhere. The app’s own screens are in English today.
